Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Exchanges depend on product availability.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, discounted products, and accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
