Exchanges
- Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Exchanges depend on product availability.
Refunds
- Refunds are only offered if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method or as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, discounted products, and accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
